Im going to pose an argument against freedom of the Western world and possibly some of the Eastern.
Question one about American freedom is how are you free when your working yourselves to death in the United States?
Question two how are you free if your illiterate?
Question three how are you free when your Goverment prosecutes you for minor drug crimes?
Question four does freedom matter when you cant pay for your life at the hospital?
Fifth in no way am I against "Freedom". I pose this argument due to Bushes response on why the US was attacked on 9/11. The quote they were jealous of our freedom.

I'm not, but I do prefer having to work very hard for my keep.
Question two how are you free if your illiterate?
I'm not illiterate.
Question three how are you free when your Goverment prosecutes you for minor drug crimes?
TOUCHE
Question four does freedom matter when you cant pay for your life at the hospital?
Yes- that is probably one of the most important places for freedom to exist.

Thank you for responging whitedwarf I think everyone else made sure to stay away from this topic due to the nature of it.
No problem. Curious, was the illiterate question just referencing the general lack of quality education in the US?
In which case, I would advise you changing "illiterate" to "uneducated", because I would have received and answered that question quite differently.

Yes it was going for the lack of quality education in the US. I phrased that question wrong. What I want to see in the US is Democratic Socialism the only thing that will save the people.
Question One... "working yourselves to death" No one is 'forced' to work. That's an individual choice, i.e. "freedom".
Question Two... "illiterate" Learn the difference between "your" and "you're" before you get into that discussion.
Question Three... "minor drug crimes" If it's a crime, are you suggesting that it should be overlooked? How about traffic tickets? ... underage drinking? ... prostitution? How far 'up the ladder' do you have to go before it becomes more than a "minor" crime? And how does this tie into an argument against 'freedom'?
Question Four... "can't pay for your life" I think a little more detail is needed for this complaint.

Actually, I think all of those crimes should be ignored in their present state. With the exception of traffic violations, they shouldn't even be illegal. Leave people alone.
Nature dictates that we work to produce. The authoritarian property systems enacted since the state came into power are a far cry from natural. I believe that was (his?) point - most are forced to work for another.

Of course no one is forced to work on the most basic, one dimensional view of the world. But real life is different. Our society is one in which you need wealth to be free, that is, on a more complex level. We should worry less about theoretical but useless rights and worry more about really providing for people in need with what they need.

We are "free" to lobby against those things as crimes if we so wish.

We do. Problem is that the laws wont change. Still I find these laws highly unjust
